if you wanna use it and customise it i guess its ok....but i recommend you to spend like 10-80k on a storm with decent mods and put some good mods on it to yield a higher dmg.....

req 9 15^50 - about 500k
req 8 15^50 - about 600k but you could get a req 9 14^50 for 100k mod it up a bit custmize it - if you dont care about perfection there is hardly any damage difference between 1%
